Client identifies the data that must be
appended and compiles it in a single file.
Data present in the client’s file is matched
with the vendor’s database.
Each appended email address is verified
and validated by verification team.
Remove the email address of all the
opt-out ID.
Client uploads this raw file and sends
it to the vendor.
Once the match is found in vendor’s
database, the respective email address is
added to the client’s file.
After verification, a standard message
along with opt-out option will be sent
to every email address.
Finally, the database is reverified and
sent to the client in the original format.
