• Purpose: To secure imports from a list of selected countries where
US imports goods from; Jordan included.
• Solution: for container shipments, a special custom-built “black-
box” was used to host a variety of sensory and communication
devices to sense, monitor, measure, record and transmit any
„abnormal‟ conditions inside the container throughout the whole
journey.
• Role: work with local (Jordan) government (customs) and private
entities (exporters) to ensure acceptance, understanding and proper
dealing with this solution.
