Delivered through a blended learning model that has five different elements: induction and module day schools at regional centres, on line learning and networking, online and paper based assessment by your centre tutor, teaching and learning festivals and online and face to face support at their centre. Credit on entry for suitably qualified and experienced candidates. In year 1, you will be required to disseminate your work from the Improving and Teaching Learning module (Intermediate level) at a regional event similar to the day school. The main purpose of this event is as a professional development opportunity for you to share your work with others and learn from your fellow students about the interventions they have been working on. Honours year students will be required to share the findings of their Major Study with other students from the programme at a ‘Research Festival’ organised by the University. Again, this provides an excellent professional development opportunity and it is expected that one of the advantages of such an approach is that you will be able to write about this experience in your Reflexive Study module, which concludes your degree.A two-year Honours Degree
