Because It makes me happy!
- it makes me smile - the endorphins boost
my mood immediately after the run/swim/
bike
- it engages me. There are moments, when I
forget about everything and focus entirely
on running
- it helps me to build important relationships
- in WITC I met amazing people and some of
them became my best friends…

The only thing that could stop me was my knee
injury - I had surgery 2 weeks ago and now I'm
counting the days over next 5 months until I will be
able to run again. It will be a long winter of
rehabilitation, but most important is that during the
spring I will start running again! I will start living...”

Training is the best thing to keep focused.
That's my "sharping the saw”. Generally,
we are humans. If one finds something
"right" for him, he gets there, no matter
what. Ironman is right for me. Get there
and have fun. No rational explanation.
...btw, did I mention the chicks at the
finish line? ;-))
