Built a team of 12 Analysts and managed 10 external IT Consultants to plan and co-ordinate their activities
with regards the delivery of the business operations and enforcement operations requirements, and process
improvements to ensure the tender documentation was accurate and thoroughly prepared.
Managed the entire Competitive Dialogue procurement process from putting out the tender, to bidder selection
through to solution development, contract terms and commercial negotiations.
Negotiated the central London congestion charging contract with a value of £300m for TfL using OJEU
procurement process.
Led pricing and costing negotiations helping TfL to generate savings in excess of £5m.
Mitigated risk to ensure a complex tender process was met on time and to budget through accurate project
