AND EDMS AT TETFUND
The exercise was conducted by Mr. Tokunbo of Techspecialist Consulting Limited alongside Mr. Gbenga
and -------------- of TETFUND; the aim was to gain a greater understanding of the requirements within the
organization.
It was known that the organization (TETFUND) is made up of 13 departments with complex documents
in form of structured, unstructured, of which some are typed and un-typed (handwritten). Also the
documents archived are basically for the purpose of storage, reference and business process only.
Also “Edit offline as one of the functions of the solution is not needed for reasons best known to the
organization. However Ephesoft software including training will be needed for continuous scanning.
The solution will be accessed by (30) thirty users including (4) four administrators.
