- Heading towards the Manager and Organisation, Workplace Analytics provides the data for the insights into your organization. It uses the Microsoft Graph to aggregate the triggers from the services that employees are using such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook to gain visibility into their combined actions. It provides the levels of control and flexibility needed to ensure that employees data is protected effectively and allows managers and leaders to map the data to their business outcomes and track the impacts to the employee experience. This insight gives actionable outcomes that can be adopted and success measured in an ongoing loop. So what does this actually look like?
