Transformative
In the case of your pitch you need to move your client
from having a problem to not having a problem
Emotional
“While reason leads to conclusions, emotion leads to
action” - Donald Calne
And you need action from you clients.

16. Strong characters
More than one
Most great stories are made up of multiple characters
Momentum
They all bring something to the story, moving the story
forward
Mixing it
Itʼs the combination of these characters, and the way
they interact, that makes the stories interesting
17. Strong characters
Donʼt double up
Everyone must bring something additional to the story
Your personality
It is your biggest asset. Donʼt be shy of expressing it
(within reason!). Clients want to know what youʼll be
like to work with.
Know who you are pitching to
They are characters as well, and different characters
respond to different stimulus
18. In summary
