Hannah's kindergarten science project for the Discovery Fair

2. 1. Warm up the machine. This takes at least
five minutes.

3. 2. Pour in the sugar. You have to turn the
machine off first or it will spin sugar all over the
place.

4. 3. Turn the machine back on and wait.
The machine is melting the sugar. Then it spins
and turns the sugar into little strands.

5. 4. Use a stick to wrap the cotton candy up.

6. 5. When it’s done, it looks like this.

7. 6. Time to eat the cotton candy!

8. 7. It’s cleaning up time! Cotton candy is messy!
