CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONBILITY (CSR - SITE PROJECT) JOB DESCRIPTION  The CSR Senior Officer is responsible to develop organization’s CSR plan and program and to identify suitable programs to be implemented internally and or externally for relevant stake holders.  Continuously monitor, update, plan, finalize and execute strategy in conjunction with company’s CSR vission/ mission/ values.  To analyze and collaborate with the various functions to ensure proper implementation of programs and identity ways to enhance the process necessarily.  Since CSR affects all stake holders, it is also urge to analyze and to study CSR related to all stake holder’s expectation and needs in professional ways, manage relationship with local/national NGOs, communities, others and identify best collaboration opportunities to bridge all parties with high standard of ethics.  To manage, volunteering initiatives and ensure proper implementation of activities including all required logistics and publication plan.  Keeping records of all events (reports, post event analysis/ conclusion, pictures, parties involved, cost & budgeting, satisfaction rates, etc). To ensure all CSR activities are covered and fully recorded by CSR team and Internal Communications REQUIREMENTS :  Degree from any discipline or other relevant education  Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)  Excellent report writing, communication & presentation skills  Excellent interpersonal skills, mature  High skill of monitoring and evaluation program.  Proven ability to coach people and train them to deliver strong, high impact messages (oral and written)  CSR social mapping skills, negotiation skills as well as analytical skills  Ability to interact effectively, persuasively and diplomacy with NGOs, prominent figures, communities and public officials  Excellent CSR Project/ time management and organization skills as well as budget event preparation
