Capt. Sunil Saraf, Managing Partner
An alumnus of Officers Training Academy, Masters in Economics with MBA in
International Business. Diploma in Real Estate. A strategic thinker with an
entrepreneurial mindset and clear vision. He strongly feel that current global crisis
will throw up stupendous opportunities for those having the conviction and capability
to weather the storm and encash the opportunities. Capt. Sunil has cross functional
experience of 21 years as Commissioned Officer in Indian Army, Senior Strategic
corporate positions in International Trade, Finance, Real Estate & Investment advisory
in India and UAE. His last stint was as head of ZODIAC CLOTHING in GCC. Successfully
carried out the Organizational Restructuring and achieved increase in bottom line of
40% over 2.5 years. His vision Inspirational leadership and commitment to his team
have been instrumental in building teams and organizations. He also heads Tanjay
Real Estate an advisory firm. He is an active member of Business Network
International (BNI) and Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC) KANOO
TOASTMASTER CLUB DUBAI.
CA Pankaj Mundra, Managing Partner
A Chartered Accountant with 10 years of Banking experience ranging from Consumer
Banking to Financial Institutions in areas of Strategic & Financial Planning, Pankaj has
worked with Multinationals & a leading local Bank in India & UAE. He is a keen
networker and a member of Business Network International (BNI). He is also
Treasurer of the ICAI Dubai Chapter.

Shruti Mishra – CA, MBA-Finance, Manager – Corporate Risk & Operations
A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and
an MBA Finance from SP Jain Centre of Management Dubai, Shruti has 11 years’
experience in the areas of audit and risk in India and UAE. She has previously
worked with Deloitte, Emirates Airlines, Dubai Bank and Rasmala Investment
Bank. She specializes in Market, Credit, and Operational Risk Management for
commercial and investment banks. Shruti is a member of Business Network
International (BNI). She also conducts lectures in MBA Institutes.
Mahesh Kashalkar, Head – Trade Operations
Mahesh is M.B.A. (Finance) from Mumbai University and also holds C.A.I.I.B.
degree from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. He has worked in the field of
banking and finance – credit cards, personal loans, corporate loans, leasing and
hire-purchase, trade finance, letters of credit, letters of guarantee, and stand-by
letters of credit. In his previous engagements, he has worked with ICICI Bank,
Times Guaranty Finance Ltd. (Times Group), Eureka Forbes Ltd, etc. He has more
than two decades of supervisory experience in the fields of banking and finance.
His objective is to facilitate and contribute to global trade by closely monitoring
and expediting trade transactions end-to-end.

Priti Oza, Business Development Officer
Priti is a Bachelor in Commerce from Mumbai University and has 14 years of
experience in various industries in the areas of Human Resources, Administration
and Business development function in India and UAE. She has previously worked
with Lucent Technologies, Mattel Toys, Tata AIG and Hyatt International. Priti has
a strong communication and Business support skills for developing and maintaining
relationships.
