Mentors do not have to be more senior than you
Sponsors intentionally seek ways to increase your
visibility, growth and opportunities

mission and purpose. Fill yourself up with this each day.

best more of the time
Back to Your future – remember who you are at your
core
Take Strengthsfinder – seek opportunities to use each
of your top 5 strengths often
