   You can have multiple mentors vs. just one
   Mentors can be for a specified skill, for a specific time,
    vs. one overall mentor for an indefinite period
   Mentors do not have to be more senior than you
   Sponsors intentionally seek ways to increase your
    visibility, growth and opportunities

    best more of the time
