Candidate Responsibilities:
As Product Manager you will be responsible for: • defining Product Roadmap, product strategy and product family concepts in cooperation with Sales, Marketing, System Architects and Engineering • gathering customer requirements, developing specifications for next generation products and guiding innovation in product development teams during product creation process • managing and creating technical documentation and customer support material • defining and driving execution of Product Demonstration Units addressing the requirements of customers and showing possible solutions • training Sales and Technical Support Teams on the features of the products and the demonstration units • managing the full product life cycle (from product idea to discontinuation) • managing product introduction in close co-operation with concerned Segment / Product Marketing Managers and customer support teams • managing product benchmarking (features, cost, services, delivery types, technology) vs. competition • monitoring and influencing global standards in line with own product strategy • establishing networking with strategic partners, lead customers and standardization bodies
Candidate Profile:
As candidate for this role you: • are Graduate of a Technical University (electrical engineering or related field of study) • have job experience in technical Product Management / Concept Engineering / Technical Marketing • have good knowledge in NFC technology • show good understanding of the overall system and architecture of consumer and home electronics devices • provide experience in dealing with dual-interface ICs (contact and contactless/RF) is desired • have experience in dealing with HW security / cryptography is desired • show ability to clearly articulate customer benefits of a particular product or product feature • have strong communication skills • demonstrate antrepreneurial thinking and customer orientation

3. • are flexibile to travel, multi cultural experience and understanding • have proficiency in spoken and written English NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 65.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. Moreover, we provide attractive benefits to our employees.
