for competitive examination (JEE/AIPMT/NEET)

2. NEET-Overview
 The National Eligibility Entrance Test(NEET)
comprises of objective type questions with
multiple choice for taking admission to MBBS,
BDS and the Post Graduate medical courses in
India. It is similar to the All India PreMedical or
PreDental Examinations that were held previously
and the only change is that the students can no
longer take the examinations that were conducted
at the state level. The examination will be
conducted in two separate rounds.

3. NEET AT A GLANCE
 The subjects of the test include Physics, Chemistry,
Botany and Zoology.
 The first phase of the examination was held on May 1,
2016 which is similar to the medical entrance
examination . Until now, no changes have been
incorporated in the pattern or the syllabus of the
examinations.
 The second round of the examination differs slightly
as it is meant for the students that were to take the
examination at the state level. In short, the students
will get the opportunity of fulfilling their aim of a career
in medicine once again on July 24, 2016, the day on
which the second phase of this examination will be
held for the aspiring candidates in medicine.
