Audience Survey Results  Record -  UFA’s
Q1 -2       These are the results of the survey we have done and from question 1 we can see that our target age audience is mainly 12-16 year olds.  And most of the ethnic groups that listen to Hindi music is Asians.
Q3 What type of music are you interested in? The majority said that they listen to R&B and Hip Hop music.
Q4 Have you ever heard of folk Indian music?  There are very few listen to Indian folk music.
Q5 Would you be interested in watching a music video of an Indian song?  We knew that we did have an audience who would be interested in watching a music video for Indian music.
Q6 How would prefer a music video for a folk Indian song to be?  From this question we were able to understand what our target audience are looking for in our music video, so now we will know what to include to make it appealing for our audience.
Q7 Would you like the music video to be cultural or western? This was when we decided to use a bit of both as the results were 50/50.
Q8 What language would you like the music video to be? We thought that it would be useful to include subtitles but this is still under consideration. For viewers who do not understand Punjabi.
Q9 Would you prefer subtitles? With this we have now decided to include subtitles in our music video for viewers who do not understand Punjabi.
Q10 Have you heard of ‘Ur Jaa’ by NirajChag? We asked the audience this question because we wanted to know if the younger generation was aware of this new emerging artist.
