• Needed to rapidly change look and feel
• Decided on open source platform for CMS
– specifically to support mobile browsing experiences
• Rapid development project - end to end in 6-7 weeks
• Could not host internally

– Hosting environment setup within a few days

assisted application installation

• Turnaround (contract issued to provisioning) completed in < 1 day

– 10am Service Order was submitted by FWBC to AGIMO
