This story is about three friends - Lulu, Madeline, and Tori. Madeline tells Lulu that she has bad news - her family is moving to Massachusetts at the end of the summer because of her father's job. Lulu is upset by the news. Madeline then calls Tori to share the news. They spend the rest of the summer together before Madeline moves to Westford, Massachusetts. The story then jumps ahead to the present day summer of 2010, where Madeline says goodbye to her friend Faye.
