Role:
• Spearheading a gamut of tasks pertaining to planning, convincing, negotiating and implementing apt distribution plans
with digital service providers, HOD, sub-distributors and chalking out distribution budget (print/digital cost, print logistic
& others)
• Handling coordination between Lab, Digital Service Providers (UFO, Scrabble, etc.) & the Producer for the negative, digital
content, audio of the trailer - movie for timely release of the film.
• Ensuring that the content of the trailer - movie reaches all the Cinemas before the deadline for the digital release of the
film across India & Nepal
• Preparing & maintaining documents requisite for the digital release of the film.
• Handling coordination for Film content, other required material & checking the final output in case of Hollywood movies
• Updating and maintaining the list of all digital providers cinema list and rate card on timely basis.
• PAN India Release Plan :Discussing the budget of every movie with the HOD and closely working with all the
Regional Managers for preparing a proper release plan. This includes planning within the frame of the Budgets and
size of the movie. Discussing the plan with HOD, taking inputs on it and coordinating the same to RM's for better
release plan.
• Preparing PAN India Collection Summary Report : Preparing collection reports with the help of Regional offices &
circulating it to the HOD’s, Producers, Directors and also Preparing Daily Collection Report for the highly revenue
generating circuit Mumbai, every day by calling the respective Cinemas & representatives.

2. • Negotiating with digital service providers regarding the Film - Trailer mastering and screening charges
• Managing weekly release orders across India for all the digital providers
• Formulating All India Digital Release Cost Working on weekly basis
• Overseeing outstanding & advance payment of all the digital providers
• Liaising with:
o Regional Offices & Sub-distributors for digital related discrepancies & queries
o Production, Marketing Team & Digital Service providers for pre-production work (i.e Attachment in Prints, Digitals
such as Trailers, Censor, Logos, Slides & other Edits)
o Marketing Team for Censor-Press-Premier-Private Screenings, booking of preview cinema & making sure the movie
content (prints, digital) should reach destination before time
o HOD regarding plans- actuals & daily status of the project
o Sub-Distributors for the payment as per the agreement, Authorizing the Release orders & dispatching the material
after the payment
o Sales Team Material Quantity (Publicity, Prints & DCPs) & planning the dispatch of the same as per destination, flight
timings, distributor requirement & availability of the material
o Accounts Team for invoicing, payment confirmation for material dispatch & vendors payment
• Submitting Deal Terms of Sub-Distributors & Consultants to the Legal Team for preparing agreements, dispatching the
same & making sure it should come back before the release
• Collaborating with:
o Sub-distributors for shipping details, invoice requirement & providing dispatch details to the distributors
o Cargo Agent & Courier Agencies for import- export of the film material (Publicity, Prints, DCPs, Digi Beta, HDSR Tapes,
etc.) documentation (invoice, letters & other documents)
• Handling activities related to antipiracy work of the film entailing all necessary precautions to avoid the print & digital
piracy of the film; sending pirated DVDs to the lab & all digital providers to trace piracy location, providing the piracy
details to legal team to take necessary action against the respective cinema
Nov’06–Dec’08: Adlabs Distributors and Exhibitors Ltd., Mumbai as Senior Executive – Operations (Domestic Film

• Released movies in all trade circuits and handled film registration in trade circuits
