BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Assess business development opportunities and target markets.
Identify the new cities and locations for business development.
Generate leads for possible business development.
Follow up sales activities.
Develop formal proposal writing and business model design.
Evaluate business and realize full potentials using tools as marketing, sales, information
management and customer service.
Reach out to new clients.
Identify research, locate the key areas strategic for the new stores, engage in reality
search, and finalize the locations either for company owned or franchisee owned
locations for business development.
Seek out new franchisee based on researched and identified markets/point of sales.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and marketing deals that
drive competitive advantage and support strategic objectives.
Prepare the franchisee file till the signing of the agreement.
SITE RELATED:
Carry out the site survey. Prepare site survey report.
Prepare property term sheet and pre-operative P&L.
Coordinate with authorities for document checks.
2. Prepare complete file of the property from LOI to agreement, and complete term sheet.
Prepare work order for the architect, contractors, and fabricators.
Integrate with store opening calendar.
MISCLN:
Booking ODC’s and handing over to Operations.
Note: This is a hard core sales job candidates would be required to travel
extensively throughout the assigned territory.
Profile 2: MARKETING EXECUTIVE:
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Planning, devising & customization of Launch Events & BTL/ATL plans for
increasing the brand awareness & value.
Identifying agency for planning, designing and executing the design
Planning for regular & innovative consumer activation and promotional
campaigns for them for increasing consumer footfall.
Competition & Market Information Tracking, Budget Management
KEY SKIILS :
A Self-driven dynamic Management Graduate with excellent Communication
Skills
Have Expertise in planning, devising & customization of Launch Events &
BTL/ATL plans for increasing the brand awareness & value
Significant understanding of creating a win- win strategy for Consumers, Trade
Partners & Company
