Job Description
ï§ Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business partners and nurturing existing
relationships so that a wide base of students can be reached for various Career Launcher India Ltd programs.
ï§ He will be responsible for visiting colleges & schools for Tie â ups, Brand promotion & Business
Development.
ï§ Networking with students for Career Counseling, generating leads and Business Development.
ï§ Liaison and relationship Building with New & Old Business Partners.
ï§ Identifying and developing New partnerships for creating a wide student base.
ï§ The candidate must possess Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
ï§ He should be well versed with MS outlook specifically Power Point Presentation.
ï§ Achieving business goals for the year and maintaining CL leadership in all key accounts.
ï§ Maintain healthy relationships with colleges and TPOs / Principals
ï§ Conducting seminars in Colleges as well as Open seminars.
ï§ Responsible for achieving targets for the centre.
ï§ Prepare and send reports to head office as per company policy
ï§ Experience in Education Industry would be an advantage.

Executive - Student Counsellor /Advisor (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE )

ï§ Counseling Students and parents about our course.
ï§ Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support,
Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
ï§ Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
ï§ Clarifying of doubts of students and parents.
2. ï§ Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs.
ï§ Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
ï§ Co-ordinate with other centers in the region.
ï§ Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for up coming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
ï§ Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.

1. Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.

Compensation details: 1.4 lacs â 2.2 lacs/per annum for all the above position (strictly negotiable
depend on the potential of a candidate.
