• Understanding the requirements received from the Client.
• Sourcing profiles as per the requirements from various leading Job Portals like Monster and
• Initial screening of candidates as per the requirement and also check for basic communication
• Post the shortlisting; schedule a technical interview via telephonic or Face 2 Face or Web with
Client’s technical team.
