(against traditional manager i.e. doing
ordered/ routine job, reward like office,
staff, power etc.)
 Individuals who believe strongly in their
talent and desire to create something of
their own

Why?
 Want more responsibility, freedom and
strong need for individual expression in
their present organizational structure
 If such situation (responsibility, freedom
and individual expression) is not
forthcoming, frustration can cause that
individual to become less productive or
even leave the organization
