works1This text admits that Huang Tingjian and Lu Dian were colleagues in the Historiographical Of2
fice , that several proofs show the inspiring force of Increasing the Elegance towards Displaying , and
that the intellectual background and creative motive of Displaying the Elegance were related with the
literary tradition of Era Yuanyou ( “¡¡ ) which was to deconstruct that classic tradition of Era
