The original name “3-WAY” was chosen for the primary compass points of the directions a truck could be driven from San Francisco Bay Area: North, South and East. Since that time, our name has taken on a substantially different meaning and now reflects our ability to provide total transportation services by land, air and sea. Over the past 5 decades, we have grown from a family run business to a globally recognized company. With over 300 employees in locations across the U.S. 3-WAY is a leading service provider specializing in project and have lift support for both domestic and international transportation. For the remaining 48 states 24-72 hours notice is needed to position our equipment.

Import Booking Process Quote is recieved from one of the quote channels Import document check is completed and documents are forwarded to our customs broker to handle clearance Shipping instructions are sent to the international agent The order confirmation is reviewed for a door-to-door or airport-door service Once clearance is completed a notification is sent to the local pick up and delivery agent to recover shipment and schedule delivery Follow up with pick up and delivery agent to make sure pod is complete and all information is entered in to the system Invoice and POD Emailed to Telefunken Once clearance has occured email is sent to Telefunken
