FJWilson Talent Services' expertise is in providing recruitment, assessment and coaching services to professional associations, membership organisations and learning providers. We deal especially with senior and executive level appointments for both UK and international roles. My main remit is working with senior candidates who have been shortlisted, and business development. Before founding FJWilson, I worked for 14 years in recruitment both in operations and in sales. In operational roles, I worked for Adecco's professional staffing brands. I was Operations Director of Jonathan Wren, Ajilon, and then of the London 2012 (LOCOG) contract. Before this, I worked for Kelly Services .
