Oil and Gas
In any Oil and Gas project, Health, Safety and

Environmental issues should never be
sacrificed for productivity.

Having been trained in Behavioural Health and

Safety, Stuart has proven his ability with Oil

and Gas companies working in Asia, by

synergizing his HSE knowledge with his ability

to communicate with people in their own
tongues and on their own wavelengths.

Through coaching, training and facilitation Stuart builds up healthy communication networks

onsite and offsite that transcend both rank and culture. Potential hazards and obstacles to

productivity often get nipped in the bud and company executives are free to focus on

achieving their targets all the while maintaining a culture of safety and care throughout all
levels of the organisation.

Modern Trade
Fifty years of Modern Trade development in the United

States has occurred within ten or so years in China.

The need in Asia to equip local people with the soft and

hard skills that their positions demand of them has
never been so imperative.

Working with international Modern Trade giants, Stuart

works between executive management and their local

teams to help them develop hard skills including Sales

and Marketing planning, Key Account Management and

Customer Insights with soft skills in Negotiations,

Customer Service, Communication, Leadership and

exceptional Presentation Skills.

first impressions are often influenced

by his ability with languages. In

several languages Stuart has native to

near native command, being able to

communicate in all registers of the

language. For other languages, his

facility ranges from advanced

competence in speaking, listening,

reading and writing to beginner level.

include Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Lao,

Mandarin, Spanish, Cantonese, Danish, Sign Language, Norwegian, Hindi, Italian, Japanese,

Swedish, Urdu, Sanskrit, Korean, Arabic, Burmese, Pwo (Karen), Tagalog, Tamil, Tibetan,

This affinity with languages is a by-

product of the foundation that Stuart’s

maternal grandfather had laid down in

communication, memory and mind-skills.

Stuart has honed his raw knowledge of

linguistics, memory, NLP, hypnosis,

technology and culture to develop a

mind-development system under the

banner of ‘Mindcraft’. Mindcraft inspires

people of all ages and all backgrounds to push their minds to new levels and through

controlled techniques, stretch the limits of their memory, capacity with languages and ability

to absorb and comprehend complex knowledge in an accelerated manner. Techniques

include heightened sensory perception and speeding up thought by decoupling the mind
from the body’s motor activities.
