2. Introduction
There are two sports that require a lot of
concentration: target shooting and Karate.
These are my two favorite sports. After
reading this book, I hope you decide to try one
of these sports too.
3. Target Shooting
To go target shooting you need a gun and a
target. Of course, an adult is good for
supervision! Aim through the sight of the gun
to shoot. If you hit the center of the target,
you will get a sticker. Hurray! If you miss, try
again.
4. Karate
In Karate you have to listen to the Sensei.
If he says kick, you kick. The different color
belts tell what level you are in Karate.
5. Ending
Although there are many other sports that
can help improve your concentration, I hope
you decide to try target shooting or Karate like
me!
