Cloudera by 200% in two years, by identifying, sourcing, pipelining, attracting, engaging with and helping to hire global and diverse
tech talent throughout key periods at Cloudera (Series F Funding from Intel, NYSE CLDR IPO, and the merger with Hortonworks).
After one year, was converted to FTEand the Talent Researcher/Talent Branding role was created specifically for me. In this role, I
gladly wear multiple hats, including being a key leadership advisor and advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and am actively
involved in growing the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), one of my passions. Additionally, I provide regular market
