because food is nearby. If you feel full, stop eating.


If you really must have pizza while you are dieting, there are ways you can reduce the
number of calories you consume. Try blotting the top of your pizza with a napkin to get rid of
extra fat.


When you are dieting it's important to either avoid or strictly limit the condiments that you
use. Both of these condiments, especially ketchup, incorporate a good amount of sugar,
increasing your meal's calorie count. If you just can't cut them out, only use a tiny amount.


Losing weight is not something you have to do by yourself. Online support groups and
forums are available to help you if your family or friends are unable to provide support.
