• Total Capital
Capital is defined financial assets or the financial value of
assets, such as cash. The factories, machinery and equipment
owned by a business and used in production also under the
capital.The whole capital that we need to start our business is
RM 250,000. This capital we need set up our business. From
this capital we used to spend on our business expenditures.
For example, shop rental, renovation, equipment, staff
salaries for a year, purchased of van, advertising, and utilities.
These expenditures are important to us to run our business
smoothly without any problems. From this capital we also
purchased fixed asset such as machine and van for our
transport delivery.

The capital that we have is from 2 different
sources. Five partners contributed RM
100,000, that is RM20, 000 each person. For
another RM150, 000, we will obtain a loan from
Bank Rakyat. This company is registered under
partnership business oriented, so we have five
partners to share the capital. We chose Bank
Rakyat to obtain a loan because, it is easier to
obtain a loan compared to the other banks.
