OVERVIEW • remote interwidget communication over XMPP • up and running CAM infrastructure • CAM dashboard • authentication and authorization
REMOTE INTERWIDGET COMMUNICATION Current status: • testimplementation of XMPP server and Javascript libs • dashboard widget connected to XMPP • tutorial available • first evaluation based on dev camp experience • widget for managing XMPP infrastructure
REMOTE INTERWIDGET COMMUNICATION Next steps: • benchmarking of the XMPP performance • user evaluation of the Javascript lib • node topology • build widgets that use XMPP • CAM over XMPP
UP & RUNNING CAM INFRASTRUCTURE Current status: • relational DB (MySQL) • sending MySQL query through web service • OpenApp translated to CAM with conversion tables • CAM schema v.1 in place • 1st version of CAM schema v.2 drafted & XML bindings available
UP & RUNNING CAM INFRASTRUCTURE Next steps: • evaluation of CAM v.2 • implementation of additional bindings • ...
