Cross-Plattform Mobile Development
MobileTechCon 2012
Sebastian Fastner and Stefan Kolb presented Unify, a JavaScript framework for cross-platform mobile development. Unify combines features from several frameworks like Core, Lowland, and Rearside, along with its own concepts. It allows developing once and deploying to multiple platforms like Android, iOS, and HTML5. The presentation demonstrated Unify's classes, mixins, widgets, layouts, theming, and tools. Future plans include PhoneGap integration and app store support. Attendees were invited to try the live coding demo of a Flickr client and get support on the Unify website.
