from Southeast Asia and foreign home-maids hopes to assist these
women immigrants to increase their revenue so that they can live
independently.
• Target : One of the community development associations in New
Taipei City
• Goals : Facilitate women immigrants from Southeast Asia to
manufacture vacuum-packed Southeast Asia flavor dishes to sell and
boost their productivity
• Problems :
 Due to limited manpower and funds, the association failed to establish
diversified product marketing and sales channels
 The association is facing an operation crisis
