I have been working for Cham Bank (Islamic Bank) since 2006, currently my position is
Risk Manager, Secretary of Risk Committee – Board of Directors, and Secretary of Governance
Committee – Board of Directors.
I was a member of internal credit committee as a decision maker, and worked as head of
corporate finance. Also I worked as a head of financial accounting in financial control
department for Cham Bank.
(Cham Bank is the first Islamic bank in Syria and a private bank in the charter of a Syrian Joint Stock Company

I finished courses of the PhD program majoring in Financial Management with a
cumulative average of 84.6%, and I pass the PhD comprehensive exam in Arab Academy for

Corporate Finance with excellent estimation average of 86%, the Thesis' title is "The
Distribution Effects of Market Risks Over Firms Stock Prices".
