Quality   Management   System A System of coordinated activities which is meant to “direct” and “control” an organization with regard to quality .
International Organization for Standardization  Founded in 1946 in Geneva , Switzerland ISO is a  non-governmental organization  that forms a bridge between the public and private sectors.     "ISO" , derived from the Greek.
