10. My decision for choosing this university was mainly due to the fact that it is
a good distance from my parents’ house for when I visit them. Also, it is
reasonably priced for my budget and it will allow me to meet and interact with
more people since it has a reasonable population of students. Likewise, because
it offers remedial services and academic counseling, I feel more confident about
this selection since I will have those services available for when I do need them.
Even though the on-campus room and board along with the $2,800 cost for books
and supplies were not as influential in my decision, they were still useful in my
quest to find the best option with the right costs.
