Professional Objectives
I am Romanian Medical Doctor graduated in 1997 and I am living and working in France since
April 2014. For me it is a great honor to provide professional medical services as a medical doctor in
France - on the basis of my Medical Degree, with license in General Medicine and as a citizen of the
European Union and member of the European Economic Area.
For the moment I have the right to practice in France as “Médecin Praticien Attaché”, in
accordance with the certificates issued by the “Agence Regionale de Santé” of the Region of Brittany
and the “Conseil de l’Ordre des Médecins of the Morbihan Department” - a status regulated and
recognized by the French “Ordre National des Médecins”.
I managed to integrate myself into the French medical community where my skills were quickly
and efficiently made available to my patients.
I have attended several training and I intend to continue my medical education in order to
integrate myself into the community where my services as a medical doctor are required.

Education and training
2014 – I begun the Clinical Gerontology specialization - a French National Diploma in
cooperation with the Faculties of Medicine of Dijon, Besançon, Nancy and Reims (1st year), under the
direction of Mr. Professor Dr. Pierre JOUANNY (details in APPENDIX).
2014 – Training in the “PATHOS System” (the French National System of information on the
level of healthcare necessary for the treatment of pathological conditions of the elderly), organized by the

Unit), according to the proposal made by Mrs. Dr. Marie SINGLAS, Chief of Gerontology Pole and the
favorable notice of Mr. Dr. Nguyen Minh, Chairman of the Medical Commission of the Establishment.
01.10.2014 – 31.03.2015: full time Médecin Praticien Attaché with the GCS Amplitude - “Auxois-
Morvan” Hospital Center. At the proposal of Mr. Dr. Imad SFEIR, Chief of EHPAD Division (Hospital
Facilities for Dependent Elderly) and Mrs. Dr. Dominic GARROT, Chief of Geriatry Pole and along with
the favorable notice of the Medical Commission of the Establishment I was recruited by the Hospital
Center “Auxois-Morvan” (“Centre Hospitalier de la Haute Côte d'Or”, since the 1st of January, 2015). I
have worked as Médecin Praticien Attaché in the EHPAD (Hospital Facilities for Dependent Elderly)
services (EHPAD 'LAVAULT' and EHPAD ''Les 3 Sources'') and USLD (Major Medical and Technical
Care Unit) until the 31st of March, 2015.
