2. INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
• 24 oz ( 700gr) FLOUR
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1tbsp sugar
• 2 oz ( 50 gr) butter
• 2 packets of yeast
• 3 tbsp oil
• 350-400ml warm water

3. DIRECTIONS( DOUGH):
• Place the flour, salt and sugar in a big
mixing bowl.

4. • Add the butter, the yeast and mix together

5. • Make a well in the centre and add the oil
and most of the water.
• Mix it and add more water if needed.

6. • Make the dough. Add more water if
needed.

7. • Cover it with a tea towel and
leave it for 5 minutes.

8. • Knead the dough until it feels smooth.
• Shape into balls, add oil and work them in
the shape wanted

9. • Add tomato, cheese and all your favorite
toppings.
