Allergies-Respiratory: Anything under Sun
cause allergy. Do praanaayaama for 20 min
daily. Steam inhalations of turmeric 21 days. 50
gm each pepper & sonth powder eat with food

Skin Allergies: Take handful of neem leaves put
in 20 lt water. Keep it over night boil them in the

Home made Complete Hair care oil preparation:
1.2 lt Coconut Oil, 10 gm each Curry, Tulasi, Neem
leaves 30 gm each Gandha Kachur, Usiri pappu,
Taanikaya, Karakkaya, Menthulu, Tunga Mustalu
Scented Rose petals, Neeli, Bhringaraj. Soak all
of them in Coconut oil in a big vessel for 5-6
days put them on sim flame for 30-40 min then
put filtered oil in a glass or porcelain container.
Massage 10 ml in the night, if you don’t want oily
look wash next morning with natural shampoo
weekly thrice / 4 months. You will have long,
strong, thick, black bouncy hair in 4 months.
Skin Protection: If you want good skin drink
water well, massage warm gingili oil to the skin
wait for 15 min take bath with herbal bath
powder weekly 2 times for 6 months. Use cotton
clothes for better ventilation. Avoid AC environs,
constipation, sea foods, oily foods.
Apply Almond oil in the night wash in the

poppy seeds half spoon 4 times / day for 3 days.
Prepare neem, tulasi concoction gargle well for
3-4 days in the night
Ear, Nose & Throat: Easy prey for infections. Sore
throat. Gargle salt water hourly 2 days. Chew
Clove. Nasal allergy, cold take steam
inhalations of turmeric 2 times / day 3 days.
Drink pepper+ Tomato soup. Take Honey, lemon
juice with water once 3 hrs / 2 days
Ear ache avoid cold damp weather, AC environs.
Cover ears with woolens. Put warm gingili oil +
garlic clove for every 2 hrs for 2 days. Snoring if
it is of septal deviation consult ENT specialist. If
it is of other causes praanaayama, jala neti,
sutra neti helps.
Cough & Cold: Both are dirty cousins. Mostly
trouble together. Treated cold 1 week, untreated
cold 7 days. Best is for cold & cough drink green
tea with ginger, dalchini. Lemon juice, honey in
warm water, hot soups with pepper 3-4 times /
day for 3 days. Avoid crowded, dusty, polluted
environs. Take lite, hot, fresh food avoid AC, cold
environs, refrigerated food, sea foods. If cough
is predominant chew lavang & Karakkaya

rice 5 gm with a dash of cow ghee in a clean, thin

wash with cold rose water put sliced keera on eyes
relax 15 min. For eye strain for excess computer
users close eyes for every 2 hrs for 3 min rub eyes
& massage eyes, wash eyes frequently. Eat carrot,
sunflower seeds, almonds for good eye sight and
bright eyes.
Sinus Prob: We have maxillary & frontal sinus

infection. Discharge thick, yellow, head ache,
heaviness in head. Docs may charge up to Rs.

recurs. Best way is take turmeric steam
inhalations in winter for 21 days. drink green tea

Respiratory, Chest Probs: Pollution is the major
cause. Sea foods, Auto mobile & chemical
Industry emissions, chemicals, junk, fried,
tinned, fast, packed foods cause the problem.

tea with ginger, dalchini.
Lemon juice, honey in warm water, hot soups

Abdominal Probs: Are very common due to Hurry

Gas & Pain- Take ajwain 2 gm with water may give
relief. Cramps add 5 gm Khandasari, 2 gm ghee in 100
ml hot water drink.
Constipation- Add 5 gm Sunaamukhi leaves in 200 ml
water, boil till it is 100 ml take it warm 2 hrs after
dinner. Next morning have 1 lt warm water by 4 AM
Diarrohea: 5 gm methi with 200 ml fresh thin butter
milk. Avoid spicy food, coffee, tea.
Worms: Worm infestation is common in
children up to 15 yrs. Even in adults who eat out
is not uncommon. Causes anemia, stunted
growth in children, exhaustion difficulty in
breathing.
For children from 2nd
yr give 1 Cup grated carrot
with 10 g Honey 3 g pepper powder daily for 1
week / month upto 15 yrs. Provide safe drinking
water, avoid outside contaminated food. Avoid
contaminated water.
Urinary Probs: Is common these days. Burning,
Yellow, scanty urine is common. Some time
itching in genitals. Pus cells present in urine.
Chronic cases have severe colicky pains
discomfort. It spread from person to person
especially between wife & husband.
Drink 2 lt barley water/ day for 5 days. Consume
Rudra tulasi (Sabja) seeds for 3 weeks. Wash
genitals with neem concoction 2 times/ day for
5 days. Avoid public toilets.
Hormonal Probs: 2 out of 10 girls between 12 &
24 yrs suffer. Usually coupled with anemia.
Painful menstruation with heavy/ scanty
bleeding for 1 – 15 days cycles for 15 or 150

Take Alovera juice 30 ml with sugar/ day for 3
months. Eat Til seeds, guud, coconut 10 gm daily

moong dal, butter milk, keera, fruits. Yoga &

Anemia: The other name of woman that causes
many health problems. Consume each 6
khajoor, Almonds, Anjeer, Walnuts, Kishmiss
Take 5 gm Flax seeds daily. Wheat grass 5 gm
with 10 gm honey for 6 months help.
Beetroot juice 100 ml + 10 gm Honey daily for 3
months improve blood iron content.
Guud, honey, papaya, mango, ground nuts daily
in small quantities help. Sprouts, millets are
very good source of Iron to prevent anemia.
Women must have 12 gm & Men 14 gm
