    o Leading a team of IT Recruiters by dividing daily tasks and appraising the result of those
        tasks in addition to that appraising the team on weekly / monthly / quarterly / half – yearly
        basis and hence measuring the employees performance based on Appraisal Form
    o Developed various HR systems / policies and implemented the same
    o My job responsibilities include both in Recruitment as well as Marketing our own H1
        candidates.
    o Complete screening of all the consultants resume available on the bench.
    o Marketing our H1 consultants across the web job portals like Dice.com, Net-Temps.com,
        Monster.com, computerjobs.com, career builder.com, corp-to-corp.com etc., and also through
        our personal requirements
    o Sourcing the exact requirement for our consultant based up on their technology, experience in
        various skills and posting their resumes.
    o Negotiating pay for the consultants with the vendors on $ per hour / $ per week / $ per year
        etc., and confirming the client, length of the contract, location etc.
o Submitting the consultants to the clients with the help of the vendors and doing follow up
        after that
    o   Arranging client telephonic interviews and getting the feedback after that.

As a HR Process Analyst – Recruitment, induction training, training of new employees considered as
first priority and as a second priority I used to (Manage, control, audits and assign tasks)
     1. End to End Recruitment Activities, Talent Pool Training and Initial Induction process
     2. Manage, control Marketing Team (Gets projects to the company) by assigning tasks,
          Operations Team (Works on the projects from the start to end i.e., complete software
          development life cycle), talent pool team and HR Department by auditing on regular basis
     3. Experience in getting valuable Client Satisfaction Survey, Employee Database Administration
     4. Attrition / Retention management, generating MIS reports (Management Information System)
