o Build and maintain SQL Server 2005 database and Report Server

into SSRS

o Worked with all members of the project to ensure that the vision, task, and
timeline expectations were clear, and to understand and remove any
obstacles in the paths of the team members.
o Meet with sponsors to communicate project progress, and to ensure

• Managed groups ranging in size from eight to 20 analysts.
• Worked with teams to improve workflows and efficiency through
mentoring, training, and process improvement.
• Transformed the lowest functioning team into the highest
functioning team in Support.
• Various performance measures were combined to form an Index,
with the goal being to achieve a score of 100. Most teams
maintained a score of 90-100. The team I managed had a score
that averaged around 30. Within two months the team maintained
an average score above 100 for the duration of my tenure as their
