Intellectual properties are ideas, inventions, or discoveries that are protected by law through intellectual property rights. There are three main types of intellectual property: patents, which protect inventions; copyrights, which protect creative works; and trademarks, which protect symbols and logos used by companies. Intellectual property rights laws were created to protect individuals' ideas and discoveries and prevent others from using them without permission.

2. Intellectual
properties are
the inventions
or the
discoveries of a
person in any
field. One’s idea
which is new
and can produce something which does not exist
can be an intellectual property.
To protect these ideas, inventions and all
discoveries by a single person some laws or
rights are induced here and these are called as
intellectual properties rights.
There are three main intellectual properties which
are as follows:
Patent
Copyrights
Trademarks
Basically these three are introduced to save one’s
inventions but in different fields like the patent is
for the inventions in the field of science or
something that is new in this world.

3. The copyrights are for the field of creations just
like in the field of music and studies.
The trademarks are especially for the industries
purposes as they are the symbols and the logos
which cannot be used by other companies if
someone is using the logo of other company then
you can file a case under trademarks
infringement law.
By the way, if someone wants to use your
creations of invention for the earning then he or
she has to sign a contract or an agreement which
is according to intellectual property laws and you
got money for that agreement.
