The purpose of the class is to help future teachers become more familiar with using technology in the classroom. The idea for this particular webquest was inspired by Mrs. Keough’s 8 th /9 th grade Current Events class at Lesher Junior high in Fort Collins, Colorado. Mrs. Keough’s class has been learning about events around the world in an attempt to understand events that are affecting the world they live in.
