This document discusses whether the concept of "thinking outside the box" is still relevant given changes in technology and the workforce. It argues that with the internet, rapid change, and globalization, younger generations do not see constraints in the same way and information is now ubiquitous. The concept of thinking outside the box originated from puzzles involving thinking beyond arbitrary constraints, but in today's world without the same types of constraints, the box itself is becoming outdated. Improv techniques can be applied in business settings to improve communication and collaboration. Specifically, the "yes, and" approach validates others' ideas and builds upon them to spur creative brainstorming. It encourages participants to further develop each others' contributions rather than rejecting them. Another improv exercise, where a group tells a story with each new addition starting with the next letter of the alphabet, trains active listening skills and builds a sense of community among participants. By practicing these improv principles, meetings and interactions can become more positive and productive.

[THESIS] Fighting the Social Media Wildfire: How Crisis Communication Must Ad...Alli Soule
When a nine-month correspondence seeking reparations for musical instruments damaged by United Airlines employees stalemated, Canadian musician Dave Carroll took action online. Utilizing the video-sharing website YouTube, Carroll narrated his ordeal through the lyrics of a music video entitled United Breaks Guitars. Within hours, the video went viral generating a torrent of negative YouTube comments about United, commentary from the mainstream media, and more than 3 million views the first week of its launch.
United Breaks Guitars embodies the phenomenon of a social media wildfire in which the rapid proliferation of information through social media causes severe reputational damage to organizations whose crisis communication plans are ill equipped to handle online dilemmas.
Using symbolic interactionist theory, this case analysis explores the phenomenon in detail and provides suggestions for how organizations must re-evaluate existing crisis communication plans to respond effectively to an online audience in the billions.

I delivered this presentation at the U.S. Senate Productivity & Quality Awards' (SPQA) 2011 Virginia Forum for Excellence on my master's thesis. It outlines multiple case studies retelling how organizations either successfully dealt with or were burned by reputational crises stemming from social media.

Proporciona ejemplos de conjugación de verbos regulares como "hablar" e irregulares como "tener", "poder" y "hacer". Finalmente, lista once verbos irregulares comunes y sus formas en primera persona del singular.
