The professor interviewed taught accounting to adult students in two different modes of delivery; ground and online. The students were non-traditional students and the age range was 27-36 years old.

The professor believes that a teacher is born and really cannot be created. While she knows there is literature that is contrary to her position but she maintains her position. She also feels that if a teacher is not committed to the profession and the students, that teacher is a disservice to the field and the pupils.
