Born in Paris/FRANCE, first growing up in South-East ASIA where he spent his first 7 years, he was then educated in France where he received a
Bachelor of Science & Technology in 1979 and a Bachelor degree in Aerospace engineering in 1982. Beyond business, Olivier is an avid foodie,
private pilot, yachter and has also developed in recent years a Jewelry artisan hobby that he is trying to expand into a side business venture.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in executive operational & strategic marketing roles for more than 100 local/international brands across
20+ countries in Europe, USA, LATAM, Asia Pacific, Olivier offers a unique skill set & approach to marketing solutions that he developed from
leadership positions from various sides of the business (advertiser, agency, management consulting and entrepreneur) , allowing him to deliver an
innovative & highly effective approach to business development & marketing.
Before starting his first business in NYC, Olivier was a Strategic Planning Director in Europe at CARAT/ AEGIS Plc, the global MEDIA management
company, where he had in the mid 90’s initiated & developed an innovative, cross-channel, Brand planning resource that was the premise of active
engagement & channel planning; first working on French based local & pan-European accounts (BEIERSDORF, COCA-COLA,VIVENDI, DISNEY,
KIMBERLY-CLARK, BMW, DANONE, LESIEUR/FERRUZZI…) and later on international clients across the network both in Europe & the US,
Olivier was directly involved with the AEGIS global taskforce in charge of shaping up & implementing across the CARAT network , a new
generation of Media management service that has since become the standard in the MEDIA industry. During that time, Olivier also got the
opportunity to work at MMA, the marketing mix modeling subsidiary based in Connecticut, USA on accounts such as COCA-COLA, KRAFT, etc…
Prior to joining Accenture, Olivier had been an accomplished entrepreneur with his first company, Media Buzz Analytics, a niche consulting firm that
he founded in 1999 in NEW YORK, dedicated to helping CMOs better strategizing & leveraging leading edge analytics around earned, owned &
paid Media. After developing it for 6 years of uninterrupted growth through 4 offices /3 continents with a roaster of multinational Luxury & CPG
clients such as Estee LAUDER, LVMH Group, VIVENDI UNIVERSAL, RICHEMONT,CHANEL, C.KLEIN, FERRAGAMO, CLUB MED etc…Olivier
sold the company to a global market research group in 2007.
Prior to joining CARAT, Olivier had held for more than 10 years diverse operational Marketing & Communications management positions on the
Advertiser’s side in France, including EVP Advertising & Media for CARREFOUR, the leading European based retail chain and for GO
VOYAGES Tvl, a cutting edge discount Travel franchise, for all of their Media, Marketing & Promotional program, thus already practicing the
realities of multichannel brand building/sales solutions.
Currently the Co-Founder & Partner of Brandforces Inc., a marketing & Technology consulting firm based in Florida , Olivier has focused his past 10
years consulting for international companies and SMB in Customer strategy, marketing transformation & analytics: he helps his clients achieve
higher performance through brand development, extracting more value and better connecting with their target customers/consumers & business
partners through omnichannel Customer centric strategies & higher MROI leverage programs.
Prior to starting Brandforces, Olivier had already developed the same approach within Accenture in London/ U.K. , where, as a Senior Manager /
EMEA , he was responsible for the development of an innovative approach to marketing transformation consulting dedicated to brand
management, multi-channel customer experience planning & marketing optimization for more than 30 EMEA clients (UK, France, Germany, Italy,
Spain, Netherlands, Turkey, Russia) across various industries (FMCG, TelCos, Bank & Insurance, Hospitality etc…)
