2. USE OF THE PASSIVE VOICE:

In English the passive voice is used when:
- The receiver of the action is more important than the
subject.
- The subject performer of the action is unimportan or
unknown.
- The subject or performer of the action is obvius to be
worth mentioning.

The subject is the first complement.
