50% of the Qualifying Duration or earlier will get the full reward

Car Rush Incentive
Terms & Conditions
Only 1 Business Centre (BC) will be used to calculate the total binary income. Members CANNOT use
all the BCs in one ID combined.

Only 60 cars (Popular Category), 30 cars (Premium Category) and 10 cars (Luxury Category) will be
given out. Thus, only the FIRST 60, 30 and 10 qualifiers from the respective categories will qualify for
the reward. Successful qualifiers are to submit their claim to the management at
degree10india@hotmail.com or via the member’s support ticket.

Successful Downpayment reward qualifiers are to also submit their claim to the management at
degree10india@hotmail.com. For the Downpayment reward qualifiers, their Remaining Amount
Release reward will be automatically monitored.

All qualifiers MUST purchase a car using the DC rewards. The DC rewards CANNOT be utilised for
any other thing. Failure to comply to this will result in ID being locked until car purchase documents
are submitted.

If there are multiple BCs in a single ID that qualify for the different car categories, only the highest
reward will be paid out. (eg: If the BC#1 qualifies for the Luxury Car and BC#8 and BC#15 qualifies
for the Premium Car, only the Luxury car will be paid out.)

The management reserves the final right in determining successful qualifiers.

• Talks are on-going with a few potential listed companies from NSE
and BSE for possible merger or acquisition

• Deal expected to be completed by end July 2013

• Upon completion, current PCC holders will be able to exchange for
listed company shares and become official shareholders of that
company

• MC and RC will be able to redeem for listed company’s products and
services

• New packages will be launched to replace the PS series to fully
comply with the rules and regulation of RBI where
new shareholders will get dividends from the shares that they subscribe

If there are multiple BCs in a single ID that qualify for the different car categories, only the highest reward will be paid out. (eg: If the BC#1 qualifies for the Luxury Car and BC#8 and BC#15 qualifies for the Premium Car, only the Luxury car will be paid out.)
