 It's true that men are more likely to lose their hair than women, mostly
due to male pattern baldness (more on that later).
But thinning hair and hair loss are also common in women, and no less
demoralizing. Reasons can range from the simple and temporary—a
vitamin deficiency—to the more complex, like an underlying health
condition.

1. Hair Loss

 Hot Oil Treatment

2. Gray Hair

 Coconut oil and lemon
Mix coconut oil with a dash of
lemon juice, and apply this
mixture on your head. Leave it
for about 10-15 minutes.
 Amla magic
Boil some amla pieces in coconut oil,
until they turn black.
Apply this paste on your hair and
then wash your hair thoroughly.
 Curry leaves cure
Take 7-8 crushed curry leaves and
heat it some coconut oil.
Strain the mixture and apply it on
your scalp when it is lukewarm.
Wash it off after 1 hour.

3. Dry & Dull Hair

Solution for Dry & Dull Hair
 Mayo Magic
Apply some mayonnaise on your hair for 30
minutes.
Wash it off thoroughly with cold water to
get rid of the smell.
 Beer
Take some beer along with you in shower
and pour it all over your hair. Allow it to
set for 5-7 minutes. Wash it off
thoroughly and condition you hair.
 Baking Soda
Make a paste by mixing some baking soda
with water.
While having shower, apply this paste onto
wet hair. Rinse thoroughly with cool
water and shampoo it.

4. Dandruff
 Dandruff is a common chronic scalp condition marked by flaking of the
skin on your scalp. Although dandruff isn't contagious and is rarely serious,
it can be embarrassing and sometimes difficult to treat.
 For most teens and adults, dandruff symptoms are easy to spot: white,
oily looking flakes of dead skin that dot your hair and shoulders, and a
possibly itchy, scaly scalp. The condition may worsen during the fall and
winter, when indoor heating can contribute to dry skin, and improve
during the summer.
 Dandruff is believed to be related to a fungus known as Malassezia that
lives on the scalp of most people.
 The reasons for the overgrowth of fungus are unclear but may be related
to increased oil production, hormonal changes, stress, neurologic disorders
such as Parkinson's disease, recovery from chronic conditions such as stroke
or heart attack, suppression of the immune system, and infrequent
shampooing.

Solution for Dandruff
 Lemon Peels
Take peels of 3-4 lemons and boil
them in 4-5 cups of water for
approximately 15-20 minutes.
Once it cools down, use this
solution to wash your hair at
least once a week.
 Yoghurt solution
Apply some dahi on your hair and
scalp and keep it for at least
one hour. Wash it off with a
mild shampoo thoroughly.
