Our programs IG program IV program 	International Graduate programintroduce foreign highly talented human capital graduated from top universities with leadership experience and international perspective to work for Nigerian NGOs during a minimum period of 6 months. Requirements: ,[object Object],- Your NGO must provide a salary to the international talent of N40,000 per month. - Your NGO must have a clear job description for the international talents. - Your NGO must pay a fixed fee of N20,000 per talent to AIESEC Lagos. Academic background of our talents: Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Journalism,  Political Science, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Education. Our promise: We take care of visa processes, flight ticket, arrival and airport reception,  cultural integration, promotion of your NGO in our network of 50,000 young leaders, delivery in a 2 month deadline. Our programs IG program IV program International Volunteer programintroduce highly talented international students from the top universities in the world with leadership experience and international perspective to do an internship in Nigerian NGOs during a period of minimum period of 6weeks. Requirements: ,[object Object],- Your NGO must provide to the volunteer: accommodation, feeding, and daily transportation to go to the workplace. - Your NGO must have a clear job description for the volunteers. - Your NGO must pay a fixed fee of N10,000 per volunteer to AIESEC Lagos. Academic background of our volunteers: Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Journalism,  Political Science, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Education.
